Ready bananas 4
Sugar 16 tablespoons
Vanilla frozen yogurt 4 scoops
Chocolate frozen yogurt 8 scoops
Cashew Nuts , slashed 4 tablespoons
Almonds , slashed 4 tablespoons
Pistachios , slashed 4 tablespoons
Butter 8 tablespoons
Chocolate sauce 12 tablespoons

Technique
Stage 1
Heat a non-stick skillet, add cashew nuts, almonds and pistachios and dry dish on medium intensity till light brilliant.
Stage 2
For each piece cook 4 tbsps sugar with 2 tbsps water in another non-stick dish till sugar liquefies and caramelizes.
Stage 3
Trim the two closures and strip a banana and cut it in an upward direction.
Stage 4
Add 2 tbsps spread to the caramel and blend. Add the banana parts and roll them in the caramel sauce till they are totally covered.
Stage 5
Place the bananas in a serving plate and shower a portion of the caramel sauce over them. Place 2 scoops of vanilla frozen yogurt and 1 scoop of chocolate frozen yogurt over them. Shower 2 tbsps chocolate sauce. Sprinkle a portion of the broiled nuts. Put one more scoop of chocolate frozen yogurt on top.


Stage 6
Shower a portion of the leftover caramel sauce and 2 tbsps chocolate sauce over the frozen yogurt scoops. Sprinkle a couple of cooked nuts and shower staying caramel sauce and 1 tbsp chocolate sauce over them. Sprinkle some more simmered nuts and serve right away.
