Fixings
For marinade
500 grams Mutton
1 cup Curd (Dahi/Yogurt)
1/4 cup Onion , glue
1 teaspoon Ginger , glue
1 teaspoon Garlic , glue
1 teaspoon Salt
For treating
3 Inlet leaves (tej patta)
4 Dry Red Chillies
4 Entire Dark Peppercorns
1 inch Cinnamon Stick (Dalchini)
4 Cloves (Laung)
4 Cardamom (Elaichi) Units/Seeds
1 tablespoon Ghee
For curry
2 tablespoon Onion , glue
2 tablespoon Poppy seeds , absorbed 4 tablespoon water
2 tablespoon Cashew nuts , glue
1 tablespoon Melon seeds , glue
1 teaspoon Nutmeg powder
1 teaspoon Mace (Javitri) , squashed
1 teaspoon Sugar
Salt , on a case by case basis
4 tablespoon Ghee

Presently add mutton blend and broil for 5 mins. Cover the top and keep cooking until mutton is well finished.
Add sugar and salt and change preparing according as you would prefer.
