One of the most famous scrumptious dishes from Hyderabadi cooking, Methi chicken is a dish ready with chicken joined with new Methi (fenugreek) leaves. The unmistakable kind of the methi gives an exceptional taste and upgrades the kind of the chicken.

Elements of Methi Chicken Masala
4 Pieces Boneless Chicken
1/2 tsp Lemon juice
1/2 tsp Red stew powder
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Ginger garlic glue
1/2 tsp Curd
1/2 tsp Red bean stew powder
1/4 tsp Salt
1 tsp Coriander powder
2 tbsp Oil
2 nos Onion cut
1 tsp Oil
1 Sound leaf
2 Nos Green cardamom
1 Dark cardamom
1/2 sticks Cinnamon
1 tsp Ginger garlic glue
2 Nos Tomato
1 1/2 tsp Kasoori Methi, drenched
1 Green stew
1 cup Water

The most effective method to Make Methi Chicken Masala
1.Marinating the chicken:1.Take chicken pieces in a profound bowl.
2.Add lemon juice, red stew powder, salt and ginger garlic glue. Blend them completely with exposed hands.
3.Keep aside for 20 minutes to marinate.

Set up the sauce
1.Take curd in a bowl, add red bean stew powder,
salt, coriander powder.
2.Whisk it completely.
3.Now in a skillet of hot oil, put onion and saute till brilliant brown. Grind it to make a glue.

4.In a similar skillet, in some oil put marinated chicken and sauté it till brilliant brown and a piece fresh.
5.Now put sound leaf, green cardamom, dark cardamom, cinnamon in a hot il container and saute for some time.
6.Add ginger garlic glue, saute some more and put slashed tomato, kasoori methi and the pre-arranged curd blend.
7.Mix them well and add the onion glue. Blend completely.

8.Now add the broiled chicken and blend it in with the sauce till the pieces are totally covered.
9.Add green stew and water, blend well. Bring to stew.
10.Put kasoori methi over and cover the container to cook for some time.
11.Open the dish when the curry begins to stew a little and the overabundance water is dissipated.
12.Mix a tad and serve hot.
