These butter tarts are a success each time I make them. The filling is sweet with maple flavor and loaded with raisins. These smaller than usual tarts pair well with whipped cream or your #1 vanilla frozen yogurt.
Fixings
16 (3 inch) unbaked tart shells
1 cup raisins
¾ cup earthy colored sugar
¼ cup margarine, relaxed
2 huge eggs
½ cup maple syrup
1 tablespoon regular flour
1 tablespoon vanilla concentrate
1 squeeze salt

Headings
Preheat the broiler to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Put tart shells on a baking sheet; sprinkle raisins equitably into the lower part of tart shells.
Beat earthy colored sugar and margarine together in a bowl until smooth; race in eggs, maple syrup, flour, vanilla concentrate, and salt. Fill every tart shell 3/4 full with maple syrup combination.
Heat in the preheated broiler until filling is set and shells are brilliant, around 16 minutes. Turn the baking sheet part of the way through the baking time for baking.
Enjoy 😊
