
Ingredients
Cuts of thick bread: 4 nos
Cherry tomatoes: 4 nos
Cloves of garlic (minced): 2 nos
New basil leaves: ¼ cup
Additional virgin olive oil: 2 tb spoon
Balsamic coating: 2 tb spoon
Mozzarella cheddar: 20 gms
Salt: to taste
Pepper: to taste
Heart molded cutout

Strategy:
1. Utilizing heart molded cutout, cut out heart shapes structure the cuts of bread. Cook them in broiler or lizard until brilliant fresh.
2. In a bowl, combine as one the minced garlic, cleaved basil, olive oil, salt and pepper.
3. Put the heart molded bread pieces on a plate. Spoon the basil combination on to each bread, spreading it equitably.
4. Top it with meagerly cut cherry tomatoes.
5. At long last add ground cheddar over the top. Sprinkle with a little balsamic coating for additional character.
6. Partake in your heart shaped bruschetta.
